100 Days to Transform Your Life

Last year, during a trip to Dubai, I experienced a life-altering moment that forced me to confront my health and wellbeing. A severe fever, followed by vomiting blood, led to a hospital stay that opened my eyes to the neglect of my physical and mental health. This realization spurred me to embark on a 100-day challenge to become the best version of myself. I'm inviting you to join me on this journey, where we'll adhere to five daily rules designed to enhance our health, skills, and overall wellbeing. Let's dive into the details and make a commitment to transform our lives together.

A Wake-Up Call

Facing the Crisis

Last year, I was in Dubai and caught a very high fever on the last day. I shouldn't say this, but I felt that it was my last day. It was difficult for me to come back to India. After 1-2 days, at 3 o'clock in the morning, I opened my eyes and felt like puking. I noticed there was blood in my vomit. I told my doctor, and the next day I was in the hospital. In those 3 days of being in the hospital, I realized I was playing with the wrong things and not taking care of myself. 

Realizing the Toll on Mental Health

I noticed how neglecting my health was taking a toll on my mental health. Sometimes, I felt powerless, lacking confidence in myself. Heartbreaks, family problems, job stress, and YouTube demands were overwhelming. I thought I was in depression, experiencing symptoms like no joy in achievements, self-doubt, constant comparison, and jealousy.

Struggling with Routine

I tried going to the gym but couldn't stay consistent for more than 1-2 months. I lacked confidence in my looks and rarely went out. Meeting subscribers was awkward because I didn't feel good enough. I stayed up late scrolling through my phone, regretting my unproductive days, and waking up tired. My screen time exceeded 8 hours due to watching reels, and my attention span dropped significantly. I ate poorly, often skipping meals or consuming junk food. 

The Turning Point

All these realizations hit hard, and I knew I needed a change. I decided to start a 100-day challenge to become the best version of myself, and I want you all to support me in this journey.

The 100-Day Challenge

Setting the Rules

From May 10th, I began the 100-day challenge with five daily rules:

  1. Workout Daily: Dedicate one hour to exercise. For me, it’s weight training, running, yoga, or cycling. Choose what suits you best.
  2. Follow a Diet Plan: Avoid junk food and sugar, focus on homemade meals, and ensure sufficient protein intake.
  3. Learn a New Skill: Spend one hour daily learning a skill that can help earn money. I chose content creation and other skills like trading and software.
  4. Read Self-Help Books: Read at least 10 pages of a self-help book daily, aiming to read 4-5 books in 100 days.
  5. Stay Hydrated: Drink at least 4 liters of water daily.

Conclusion
